1. Scope
These Terms govern use of CardCorp’s Site and pre-contractual services.
Submitting a form does not create a merchant account and does not constitute acceptance.
2. Position of CardCorp
CardCorp:
- Acts as a technical and commercial intermediary
- Does not provide banking or acquiring services
- Does not guarantee merchant acceptance
- Is not a party to contracts between merchants and Financial Institutions
3. Eligibility
Only legally registered businesses may apply.
High-risk or regulated activities are subject to enhanced review.
4. Use of the Site
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Apply on behalf of unauthorised entities
- Use the Site for unlawful activities
5. Onboarding & Due Diligence
By submitting information, you authorise CardCorp and its partners to:
- Perform identity and compliance checks
- Share data with Financial Institutions
- Conduct risk and credit assessments
6. No Guarantee of Acceptance
CardCorp may:
- Reject applications without justification
- Suspend onboarding at any stage
- Request additional documentation
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content remains the property of CardCorp.
8. Liability
CardCorp’s liability is limited to:
- Direct damages only
- A maximum of €10,000 per claim
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Gibraltar law.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Gibraltar courts.
